PWB encoders GmbH is able to produce encoder strips with a length up to 2,880 mm, exactly aligned to your demands. For length above 2,880 mm we are able to offer
our worldwide patented solutions.

- Transmissive.
- Reflective.
- Resolution: 480 lpi (lines per inch) at a length of 2,880 mm
- Standard film material:
- -40 °C to +85 °C / thickness 0.18 mm.
- Lamination and coating as protection against ink moisture, skratches and mechanical stress.
- RoHS compliant.
- Tolerances:
- Pitch: ≤ 1 µm (0.001 mm).
- Bar/Window: ≤ 2 µm (0.002 mm).
- Available upon request:
- Lamination (single sided, double sided or partial).
- Bi-adhesive tape for easy assembly.
- Metal strip (recommended for supporting encoder strips for length above 500 mm).
